Chamomile Organic Flowers

Whole Organic Chamomile Flowers make for a mild, soothing beverage. Chamomile has been used for thousands of years as a beverage, a medicinal herb in remedies, and an aid to relaxation. Not a member of the tea plant, chamomile is part of the daisy family. Chamomile does not contain caffeine.

Water Temperature: 212° F (boiling)

Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces

Steep Time: 4 minutes
