(China, White) Formerly called Mutan White, but we have upgraded to a higher quality tea of the same type. Pale, delicate, yet surprisingly flavorful tea believed to be high in antioxidants. During processing handling is kept to a minimum so there is little damage to the leaves, which remain full and long. From Fujian Province, China where it is known as Bai-Cha. Silver with white buds and green leaves.
