(China/Black) The Black Needle has developed a strong and numerous fan base. This high quality Chinese black tea is made from leaves and buds that are needle like in shape and in shades from tan to black. Try making several infusions and you will find each a little more delicate. The needles or leaves of this tea are very long, some over an inch. Milk can be added to the first or second infusion. We import this tea directly from China.
Water Temperature: 212°F (boiling)
Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 4 minutes (1st infusion), 5 minutes (2nd infusion)
